When does the Bicycle Industry Summit take place?

The Bicycle Industry Summit runs Wednesday, November 18 through Friday, November 20, 2026, and is held alongside El Tour de Tucson weekend activities, which continue on Saturday, November 21, 2026.

Where is the Summit located?

All Summit sessions take place at the Tucson Convention Center, with select evening events held at nearby downtown locations

When should I plan to arrive?

  • Wednesday, November 18 : Early Check-in begins at 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM or you can come and check in on Thursday November 19th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

  • Opening presentation is on Thursday Nov 19th at 10:00 AM

  • Educational sessions begin at 1:00 PM

Attendees are encouraged to arrive by Thursday to take full advantage of the program. If you wish to only arrive on Friday, we will have a late Check-in on Friday morning. Check out the full schedule here.

Thursday features:

Friday includes:

  • Optional casual morning bike ride (12–15 miles) or yoga session

  • Educational sessions and keynote lunch

  • Dedicated networking sessions

  • The El Tour de Tucson Expo & Fiesta Happy Hour

  • Dinner on your own at local downtown restaurants

What happens on Saturday?

Saturday coincides with El Tour de Tucson event day. Summit attendees may:

  • Ride, Volunteer, or Observe El Tour Events
    Participation in El Tour events is optional. If you would like to ride or run in the El Tour de Tucson, you must register separately. All BIS attendees will receive a discount during the checkout process.

  • Access the El Tour VIP Lounge for breakfast, lunch, and drinks

  • Attend the El Tour de Tucson Post-Ride Celebration
